You can train your chatbot via simple text files You will receive a Company and Agent ID and a training keyword upon subscription.

I have just a trial account on promptchat can I use this for the GPT training?

Yes you can use a free trial account However you will need a GPT plpugin subscription in order to use GPT with promptchat.

How is my chatbot delivered?

You will receive a chatbot template file which you can import in your account. You can then create integrations for the Web, WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram and FB Messenger.

How does retraining work?

You can train your bot as ofter as you like. Note that costs incur for training and you can track the costs on your OpenAI account.

Will the chatbot work on my WhatsApp number?

Yes, you will need to have an active WhatsApp integration and you can publish your GPT powered chatbot as you would for your website.

Can I personalize the chatbox with my branding?
